Reward for Activity in forums + added rep system and point system

Every time you rank up in the forums, or every 50 Dubeast-points(you get 1 every time you reply to a topic, and 3 every time you create a new topic)

The reward isn't huge, but it is decent, I am thinking 10m



I added a rep system for the forums, and a point one

you get points for posting topics (+3)
and for replying to topics (+1)


you can be repped up by another person and repped down.

my advice to getting rep is make tutorials, help people out, and if someone helps you , return the favor by repping them.
